WELCOME TO NJ PEER CONNECTION

NJ Peer Connection was funded by the NJ Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services in 2023 as the entity operating at the whole health learning collaborative- a project intended to provide whole health and wellness support and technical assistance to the 29 Community Wellness Centers throughout the state of NJ.
